With a degree in pharmacy and a masters in counselling psychology, her experience in strategy came through working at Kaiser Permanente where she was senior strategy officer for one of their US regions. She then led a $4 billion sales division for a major pharmaceutical company, where she helped lead strategy development and execution. In 2001 she founded iBossWell, Inc., a strategic planning and organizational development firm, based in the Kansas City area of the US. |

Jim teaches the Strategic Management Performance System (SMPS) in conjunction with LBL Strategies and George Washington University’s Center for Excellence in Public Leadership (CEPL) and the Mastering Agile Organizational Design program for CEPL. |
